Silicone Star is a silicone oil/lubricant suitable for lubrication and preservation during bicycle repair and maintenance, particularly cleaning absorbent forks (not to be confused with suspension oils), o-rings, rubber seals, cables, flexible cables, and gear pins or key lever switches. It can also be used for general lubrication.

It contains fewer adhesive components and is therefore more suitable for lubricating mountain chains as well as road bikes under all kinds of conditions, from dust to rain.
